And it is the only thing that will save us, in the end.

But how the hell do you do something that’s defining trait is the not-doing?
How do you let go when your conditioning has you clinging on for dear f*cking life?
How do you practice something as nebulous and truly terrifying as deeply letting go?
This is not an intellectual invitation; this is a whole-soul initiation.

The path of alchemy always comes down to surrender. After my most recent bout of phoenix-rebirth, it struck me how poorly we understand surrender.
We tell ourselves, “I’ll rest/stop worrying/stop hustling/trust myself/trust life after I get what I want.” And the cycle of our suffering continues.
We cling to our pain, to prove that we have been hurt.
We plan and plot, worry and scheme, second-guess and critique…We live entirely in our heads, while our real life passes us by.
I’m inviting you into something different, something deeper and more free.
Together we will remember what the f*ck it means to let go.
We will soften gently into the care of our own hearts and the holding of the cosmos.
And we will watch ease, care, relief, joy, deep rest, and true freedom flow in the space that we have made.
